Basically, they manage the land and rent it out to be able to extract oil and gas. Like a foreman on a construction site, they build roads, place workers (man-camp), control the assembly of earthmoving equipment and the drilling of the well itself, especially in hard-to-reach places. In part, they also identify as a Fixer, a Problem Solver, and a Facilitator.
Landman is another hit in Taylor Sheridan’s long list
This series has everything you need from a good series: a lot of drama, action, unexpected twists, even a little comedy, etc. d. Obviously, the film is beautifully written, because everything Sheridan does is like that, but it also has an incredible cast. The incredible Billy Bob Thornton, Jon Hamm, Eli Larter, Demi Moore and others are in the lead roles.
The same applies to Hamm
Billy Bob Thornton was born for this role, he is simply fantastic here. I will be shocked if he is not nominated for an Emmy for his performance here. In addition to being beautifully written and acted, it is also beautifully shot.
Sheridan has many wonderful shows, and Landman is one of the best
It looks like it will have a long shelf life, and that’s what I’m here for.
